NSW: Public holiday petrol price hikes

NRMA surveys of around 600 petrol stations in the Sydney region reveal petrol price
increases before a public holiday.



Christmas:

December 20 - (most common price) 95.9 cents a litre.

Christmas Eve: 98.9 cents a litre (up 3c).



Easter:

April 10: (most common price) 89.9 cents a litre.

April 11 (day before school holidays): 99.9 cents a litre (up 10c).



Anzac Day:

April 24: (average price) 95.1 cents a litre.

Anzac Day: 101.5 cents a litre (up 6.4c).
